They focus on improving customer satisfaction, identifying customer-impacting matters, and implementing dynamic solutions. Our advocates are here to serve our customers and to ensure we deliver exceptional experiences to every customer, with every contact.

Advocate Responsibilities
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Identify customer issues; create solutions to those issues
• Engage with customers and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
• Implement continuous improvement and contact reduction efforts
• Eliminate barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality


Required Skills

• Uncanny ability to leave others better than you found them
• Adaptability in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment
• Strong spoken communication skills
• Patient listener who is passionate about solving problems
